What are the expectations for agents on the team?

We expect professionalism, commitment to learning, and excellent client service. You should be responsive, coachable, and dedicated to growing your business. We'll provide everything else.

How soon can I start earning?

As soon as you close your first deal. With our lead generation and support systems, many new agents close their first transaction within their first 30-60 days.

How accessible is the broker and team leadership?

Very. Mandie and the leadership team are available to answer questions, review contracts, and provide guidance. You're never left figuring things out alone.

What does training look like?

We hold weekly team trainings covering everything from contract reviews to negotiations, buyer and seller consultations, and market updates. You'll also have access to one-on-one coaching and ongoing support whenever you need it.

What technology and tools do you provide?

We use an industry-leading CRM for lead management, and a third-party service for lead generation, Google Workspace (including Gemini Pro), DocuSign, and ZipForms for transactions and other industry-leading platforms. You'll have everything you need to stay organized, follow up efficiently, and close more deals.

What if I'm an experienced agent? Is this team right for me?

Yes! Experienced agents benefit from our high-quality lead generation, cutting-edge technology, and collaborative environment. You'll have the support to scale your business without the headaches of going solo.

I'm brand new to real estate. Will I get the support I need?

Absolutely. We specialize in helping new agents thrive. You'll receive comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and access to our proven systems from day one. Many of our top producers started with zero experience.

Do I need a real estate license to join?

Yes, you must have an active Texas real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one. If you're working on your license, reach out to us—we can guide you through the process and get you set up to join once you're licensed. If you haven't started the process, we have a relationship with the CE Shop and offer discounted rates. Call us for further information.
